Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a 12-month FTC in Derby. The role runs Mon-Thus 8:00 – 4:45 / Fri 8:00–12:30, with salary dependent on experience. You will support procurement, monitor supplier performance, and drive improvements across MRP, stock control and forecasting.

The role requires experience in a manufacturing environment and with MRP/Excel, working closely with Quality, Manufacturing and Customer Service to resolve issues and build strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supply chain role or administrative position.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with MRP systems and/or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement activities to ensure timely orders and deliveries.
• Monitor supplier orders and delivery performance; expedite as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Customer Service to resolve supply issues.
• Support development and improvement of MRP, procurement processes, stock control and forecasting.
• Build effective supplier relationships.
