As a Supply Chain Commercial Manager, you are someone who thrives on the excitement of leading a team focused on procuring the right materials for packaging. Your remit would involve managing performance, setting commercial direction, and coaching team members to ensure the best value, availability, quality, and service to our partners across EMEA.

You’re not the type to shy away from complex projects, as in this role you will be dealing with managing suppliers, setting cost-saving targets, and ensuring on-time delivery to our customers. To excel in this position, you'll need to be a proactive individual who can collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results and manage supplier communication effectively.

In this role, you will have the chance to see your tangible impact on the business across the region, as you will be instrumental in developing sourcing strategies and influencing key decision-making meetings Your role will include providing input on managing supply chain impacts, and identifying process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and success.

As our next Supply Chain Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our supply chain operations and representing Starbucks priorities across the region. Your remit will involve leading a team focused on procuring the right materials for packaging, managing suppliers, and ensuring the best value for our licensing partners.

The Key Requirements...

• Extensive Supply Chain/Operations experience e.g. , sourcing, financial and operational models, supply chain network optimization & process control;
• Significant experience influencing external partners
• Ability to work at all levels and in cross-functional teams
• Concise and influential communicator, including strong presentation skills;
• Line Management Skills
• Experience purchasing goods and services in international retail, trading, or FMCG environments is beneficial
• Exceptional supplier relationship management skills

Parking on site is free and available on a first come first serve basis via a booking app. Parking is limited so you might not always be lucky enough to get one. This shouldn’t limit you coming to the office however as we do observe hybrid working so using public transport or sourcing parking elsewhere might have to be the case.
