Job summary

Albert Bartlett is recruiting a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role involves supporting the processing of customer orders for the dispatch team and providing information to customers as required.

The shift is Sunday to Thursday, 06:00–14:30 with a fixed schedule, and the salary is £14.49 per hour. You will liaise with hauliers, record movements, perform daily stock checks, and collaborate with the dispatch team to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of supply chain software systems is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing of customer orders for the despatch team.
• Supplying information to customers as required.
• Receipt of PODs and contact haulier with any queries with them.
• Contact hauliers to deliver daily orders to customer depot.
• Record of all inbound and outbound movements of equipment ensuring a system is maintained to check charges.
• Daily stock count of equipment to make sure balances stay at an acceptable level.
• Work with the despatch team when required to suit the business needs.
