Job summary

Albert Bartlett, a British family brand, is recruiting for Packing Operatives at our fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will pack finished products into trays and pallets and perform general factory duties in a physically demanding role.

Shift is Sunday to Thursday, 18:00–02:15. Salary is £12.71 per hour with a £0.50 backshift premium. Previous production or packing experience is advantageous; good health and safety practices are essential.

We are currently recruiting for Packing Operatives at our fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

As a Packing Operative you will be responsible for supporting production activity by packing finished bagged products into trays, crates and onto pallets. This is a physically demanding role which will require lifting and stacking of trays and boxes of varying weighs up to 25KG. General other factory duties will also be required.

Shift & Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 18:00hrs to 02:15hrs

Salary: £12.71 per hour (plus 50p per hour backshift premium)

• Physical fitness is required, as the role may involve lifting and standing for extended periods.
