Job summary

Albert Bartlett is recruiting for Machine Setters at our new chilled potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role involves setting up and operating production machinery, maintaining outputs and quality, and following SOPs to ensure safety and efficiency.

Shifts are 4 days on, 4 days off, 06:00–18:00, with a pay rate of £14.23 per hour. Experience with tray sealing, multi-head weighers, and ERP systems is advantageous with a strong focus on teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Clear aptitude for operating and maintaining production machinery.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain quality standards.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate production machinery to meet daily targets.
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
• Monitor performance and maintain output quality and product specs.
