Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Job type: Full time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing customer orders and releasing them to 3PL providers on time to meet customer service standards.
2. Challenging 3PL on delivery/stock misses and delivery issues.
3. Issuing timely and clear communication (queries & shortages) to customers.
4. Invoicing customer orders.
5. Managing the daily orders inbox, including issue resolution.
6. Supporting and covering other Supply Chain roles within the planning team as required.
7. Understanding Assisi brands to ensure good customer dialogue.

About You: Key Skills & Experience

• Supply Chain knowledge in manufacturing and supply planning processes, ideally including co-manufacture and import/export of consumable goods.
• Strong IT capabilities across MS Office and ERP systems like Sage, SAP, or others.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on customer collaboration.
• Ability to accurately process and amend data related to customer orders and invoicing.

Key Interactions:

External: Customers, 3rd Party Logistics providers, Suppliers, Consumers.
Internal: Commercial, Marketing, Technical, Finance teams, and the End-to-End Supply Chain Function.
