Job summary

Olleco is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the delivery of the supply chain function within its Convert business in the United Kingdom. The role involves coordinating planning activities, performance reporting, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support across multiple value streams.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or completion of a recognised apprenticeship.
• Professional supply chain qualification (CIPS, CILT, APICS or equivalent) desirable, but not essential.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Chain Manager in the delivery of objectives and business priorities.
• Ensure ISCC certification is maintained through effective process controls, monitoring, and accurate management and allocation of sustainable product categories.
• Provide support across production/transport planning, stock management and liaising with customers and service providers to ensure operational resilience and continuity of service.
• Provide cover and support during periods of absence, peak demand, or business change.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, cost performance, and compliance.
• Project lead on system improvement initiatives for existing processes and integration into other departments across the business.
