Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Manchester-based Supply Chain Services. You’ll work on store planning or optimisation, using data and strong relationships to improve availability and customer experience in a hybrid role.

You’ll contribute to reducing waste and driving profitable sales, supporting store launches, and using SAP and other systems to inform decisions. A rewarding role with growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Quickly learn new systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration across teams.
• Organised, adaptable with ability to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse store performance, availability and replenishment to identify trends and opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve supply chain, systems and process issues with minimal disruption.
• Provide operational support to stores and manage queries/escalations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Property and Logistics teams to troubleshoot problems.
• Support new store openings and refits ensuring accurate data and processes.
• Identify recurring themes and emerging risks and escalate significant issues.
