Job Title: UK Supply Chain Administrator

Location: London HQ - additional office in Worcester.

Contract: Full time

Start Date: ASAP

Reporting: Reporting to UK Supply Chain Manager

About Us:

We're BioPak, decent packaging and Huskee, and we provide sustainable takeaway solutions to the hospitality industry - and beyond. All three brands have sprung from the antipodes of New Zealand and Australia, where over the past 15 years, just like our products, we've worked from the ground up. We are building a group of companies that are truly world-class in their particular fields and aiming for a world without a reliance on oil, and one without waste. We've come together to provide the UK market with sustainable plant-based solutions and alternatives to petrochemical-based packaging, and also a reusable cup solution. We can do it all.

Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various supply chain activities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimise the supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and track shipments to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update supply chain documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on supply chain metrics, inventory levels, and order status to support decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations related to supply chain operations.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal departments, providing timely updates on order status and addressing any supply chain-related queries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or administrative role.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and ERP systems (particularly NetSuite) is an advantage.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Convenient location in London with easy access to public transportation.

We’re customer obsessed at BioPak and decent packaging, starting with the customer and working backwards. Our job is to make our customers' lives easy. We keep it simple, by remembering the magic is in simplicity and simplicity should be echoed in every part of the business. We prioritise design by making the ordinary extraordinary. We take ownership no matter our role and act as leaders not waiting to be told what to do. We hire and develop the best, hiring for attitude and training for skill. We believe that inside every one of us is more potential than we could imagine and our goal is to help each other to unlock that potential by pursuing growth and learning.
