Job summary

Office Angels near Ashford is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Administrator to join a dynamic team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary of £30,000–£34,000 depending on experience.

You will work on replenishment, stock planning, order processing and supplier liaison to ensure smooth operations. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, SAP familiarity (training available) and proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• SAP experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Place replenishment orders.
• Monitor supply shortages and ensure timely stock arrivals.
• Liaise with customer services to address inquiries.
• Review and monitor purchase requisitions and supplier confirmations.
• Create delivery plans for inter-company sites.
• Process 3rd party purchase orders and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain a daily shortage list and monitor outstanding purchase orders in SAP.
• Cover for Transport and Logistics Planner as needed.
• Support Supply Chain Manager in production planning and inventory management.
