Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator near Ashford. The role requires efficient daily operations in the supply chain, including stock replenishment, order processing, and inter-company coordination.

A strong emphasis is placed on timely reporting and proactive communication with the Supply Chain Manager. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage supplier communications, and support production planning while maintaining accurate inventories.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• SAP experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Place replenishment orders.
• Monitor supply shortages and ensure timely stock arrivals.
• Liaise with customer services to address inquiries.
• Review and monitor purchase requisitions and supplier confirmations.
• Create delivery plans for inter-company sites.
• Process 3rd party purchase orders and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain a daily shortage list and monitor outstanding purchase orders in SAP.
• Cover for Transport and Logistics Planner as needed.
• Support Supply Chain Manager in production planning and inventory management.
