The Opportunity:
We're seeking a proactive and driven Supplier Quality Engineer to join a high-performing Quality team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring supplier compliance, improving quality performance, and supporting robust supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive consistent quality and reliability.
Conduct audits, assessments, and evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with required standards.
Investigate supplier non-conformances and lead effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and approval processes including documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and procurement.
Identify and implement opportunities for process and performance improvements across the supply chain.
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in a Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or related role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, RCCA, FMEA, APQP, and control plans.
Confident in working with both local and international suppliers.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Technical/engineering background desirable (HNC/HND/Degree ).
