Job summary

Bombardier Services (UK) is seeking a Supplier Performance Agent at the Biggin Hill Service Center to lead supplier visits, align internal stakeholders, and drive improvement plans. The role requires extensive travel and a strong background in manufacturing and supplier management.

You will coordinate with Procurement, Quality and Operations to develop supplier plans focused on quality, delivery, capacity, and process capability, while maintaining rigorous ethics and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of ten years' experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Strong manufacturing and production knowledge.
• Experience with sub-tiers.
• Independent and able to start with minimal info.
• Experience in project planning and coordination.
• Expert MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
• Strong ethics and customer focus.
• Good communication and BA system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead visits at key supplier sites to analyze performance issues and coordinate improvements.
• Expedite critical parts at suppliers to avoid production disruption.
• Develop back-to-PO plans with harmonized lines of balance and daily follow-up.
• Align with internal stakeholders and prepare supplier intervention mandates.
• Identify improvement and risk mitigation opportunities at supplier sites.
• Drive supplier performance improvement plans and coordinate with partners.
• Create supplier development plans focusing on quality, delivery, capacity, and process capability.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively and escalate when needed.
• Conduct capacity/capability onsite reviews and develop action plans.
• Coordinate travel plans, reservations, expenses, and financial review.
