Join us as Supplier Manager at Barclays. In this role, you will manage and monitor supplier risk and performance to meet the requirements of the Barclays Third Party Service Provider Policy and Standards, through control execution, commercial management, relationship, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management and execution of supplier control processes, including oversight of suppliers and their performance, monitoring KPIs to meet expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholder groups to produce deliverables that meet procurement needs, policies, standards, and mitigate supplier risks.
• Identify suitable suppliers through market research, capabilities analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Stay updated on industry trends related to supplier management tools and techniques.
• Monitor suppliers’ control operations to ensure compliance with Barclays standards and contractual obligations.
• Support regulatory requests and exams in collaboration with regulatory teams.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Risk & Controls, Supplier Management, and Stakeholder Management.
