Job descriptionSupplier Governance and Procurement Systems CoordinatorMilton KeynesHybrid working meaning two days in the office and three from homePermanentFull Time 35 hours a week£26,000pa - £28,000paRole Profile/Overall purpose of this role.In this key position, you will be critical to providing the ICAEW with visibility of our suppliers and support the implementation and maintenance of a new procurement system. This is a great opportunity to build strong procurement experience.
The Supplier Governance and Procurement Systems Coordinator will be responsible for managing the supplier questionnaires, conduct annual reviews with Supplier Managers, develop reporting packs for senior management meetings and committees, develop and deliver procurement process training and support transactional buying and data analysis. We are looking for someone who is looking to develop a career in Procurement, understand the importance of good supplier governance and have a genuine interest for best practice procurement.
Responsibilities include:- Issue and coordinate the supplier questionnaires ensuring all essential data are captured
- Develop and deliver Procurement process training
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Procurement system and Supplier Governance processes
- Conduct Annual reviews with Supplier Managers
- Support Managers with reporting requirements and supplier onboarding
- Assist with procurement queries and support transactional buying
- Specific duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs
Candidate ProfileRequirements include:- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Power point
- Able to multitask and able to prioritise tasks according to level of risk
- Excellent analytical and data management skills
- Strong communication abilities to engage stakeholders and suppliers at all levels
