Job summary

KBR is seeking a Supplier Data Co-ordinator to support the Project Information Management team on the Sellafield site. You will manage supplier data submissions, ensure data quality, and align data across the project system landscape, delivering value through digital data solutions.

Work involves liaising with suppliers, engineers, construction partners and BIM teams to ensure timely, accurate data delivery in line with ISO19650 and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of major capital project execution and technologies used on large programmes.
• Ability to prioritise own work and direct activities of others.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present asset data requirements to stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and service providers.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to respond to sudden demands.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and present data to highlight issues and support decision making.
• Strong MS Excel data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming data submissions from supply chain and upload spreadsheet files into project central tag database.
• Monitor timeliness of supplier submissions and maintain the Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP).
• Advise engineers on why submissions do not meet criteria and whether to comment or reject them.
• Compile supplier data completeness metrics to support overall package completeness.
• Monitor upcoming busy periods based on the schedule and organise workloads.
• Support the Asset Information Manager to deliver an efficient supplier information process.
• Provide information and metrics related to information management assets for PM reports.
• Identify patterns and trends in Asset Information quality.
• Interpret and communicate data requirements to stakeholders.
• Promote information security and data quality requirements to suppliers.
