Job summary

Assystem, a leading nuclear engineering group, seeks an Information Management/BIM Specialist in the UK to support ISO 19650 standards and CDE governance. You will develop EIRs, coordinate BIM/CAD deliverables, and produce monthly Power BI insights from the CDE to drive project performance.

You will lead meetings and help implement AIR/PIR/OIR while ensuring quality and governance across the lifecycle. You will work with contractors across multi-disciplinary teams, promoting BIM best practices

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM information management.
• Experience configuring, administering and improving Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Proficient in BIM authoring and coordination tools including Revit and Navisworks.
• Extensive QA of CAD and BIM deliverables to meet standards and client needs.
• Proven track record on complex multi-disciplinary projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Advanced Power BI user producing monthly progress reports and insights.
• Ability to monitor information delivery performance and provide data-driven decisions.
• Focus on information governance and delivering BIM/digital engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developed and maintained EIRs, supporting standards and information management docs.
• Liaised with contractors to ensure BIM deliverables are produced and shared per requirements.
• Produced monthly Power BI reports using data from the CDE for performance insights.
• Represented Information Management at project meetings and tracked team actions.
• Assisted in AIR, PIR and OIR development and implementation.
• Conducted QA reviews of CAD and BIM deliverables for compliance.
• Maintained, administered and improved the project's CDE.
• Chaired model coordination and clash detection meetings with contractors.
• Promoted best-practice information management and BIM processes.
• Ensured project information and BIM deliverables are controlled and distributed.
