Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Digital Engineering Lead (BIM) to drive the BIM strategy across Sellafield projects, aligning with ISO 19650 and client requirements.

You will lead BIM transformation, coordinate with SMEs and 3D tools, and oversee design reviews to ensure model integrity and collaboration.

This role requires senior BIM experience on major capital projects and strong stakeholder communication in a UK on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing BIM on major capital projects.
• Ability to lead BIM transformation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver project BIM strategy in line with project, programme and client requirements.
• Effective adoption of ISO 19650 standards.
• Interpret and communicate emerging BIM best practices to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with SMEs & BIM specialists from other disciplines to ensure federated BIM model integrity.
• Establish processes and data integrity audits to align naming and numbering with project requirements.
• Act as SME in one or more tools (Autodesk Revit, Inventor, Aveva E3D) and promote effective use.
• Interface with Key Delivery Partners and 3rd parties to facilitate collaboration and federation of BIM content.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and participate in BIM forums to transfer knowledge.
• Lead design reviews and clash reviews, following defined processes.
• Audit the project team and flag non-compliances.
• Lead meetings to identify tasks and resolve issues.
