Job summary

SES Ltd is seeking an Information Coordinator to support project teams with the management and control of digital information, including drawings, models and documentation, using Common Data Environments and related platforms.

You will help ensure information is managed in line with internal requirements, BIM Execution Plans and ISO 19650 where applicable, contributing to a scalable approach to the Golden Thread of Information.

Qualifications

• Experience managing project information in a CDE.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and ISO 19650 preferred.
• Ability to produce reports on information status and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project information within the CDE, keeping docs current and compliant.
• Manage distribution, review and filing of documents, drawings and models per requirements.
• Support information management processes and document control procedures.
• Monitor workflows and generate reports on information status and quality.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met and handover records are complete.
