The Role Involves

• Managing staff to meet production targets for the day
• Engaging with your shift team to ensure they understand their duties
• Conducting line checks on produce against customer orders
• Recording health and safety & PPE compliance
• Performing quality checks on production runs and packaging, along with related paperwork
• Overseeing work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and tidiness
• Maintaining regular contact and managing relationships with Team Leaders and colleagues

Working Hours

Various shifts available, with hours per week:

• Day shift: Monday to Friday, with shifts on Sunday and Monday-Thursday. Rate per hour and overtime apply.
• Back shift allowance is provided per shift, with at least 6 hours gross worked after the shift to qualify.
