Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking a Supervisor to lead a hospitality team at The Swan in Arundel. The role focuses on maintaining high guest satisfaction, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth service and quality standards during busy periods.

You will lead by example, communicate effectively with staff, and contribute to a welcoming, collaborative environment that reflects Fuller’s values and traditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisor role.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and manage busy service periods.
