Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Llandudno is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help drive sales and maintain exceptional visual merchandising across the store. The role supports the manager in recruiting, coaching and developing the team to deliver strong KPI results and a memorable customer experience.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, clear communication, and prior retail experience.

Purpose of the role

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities
