Job summary

Crew Clothing Llandudno (Pop Up) is seeking a Supervisor to support our store in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in a busy setting. You will assist the manager in coaching the team and maintaining high visual standards to create a memorable shopping experience.

This part-time FTC role covers 30 hours per week, offering opportunities to grow within a collaborative fashion brand known for its British styling and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and stock availability.

• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.

Purpose of the role:

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:
