Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Supervisor for a 16 hour temporary contract to join our retail team. You will work alongside an energetic team, delivering an excellent customer experience in store while supporting the Store Manager to drive performance.

The role focuses on motivating staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and meeting sales targets. You will engage customers with product knowledge and uphold high store standards and safe housekeeping practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail
• Managing a small team would be desirable but not essential
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help to achieve store KPI’s by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance
• Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service, maximising every sales opportunity
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members
• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions
• Visual merchandising product in conjunction with Brand guidelines
• Ensure customers have a positive experience within the store and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a healthy and safe store
• Provide customers with information about product features and stock availability
• Assist with markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keep product tidy and replenished as needed
• Process deliveries in a timely manner

aboard on a 16 hour contract for a temporary period.

Role
