Job summary

Saltrock Cannock is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to join our in-store Retail team on an 8 hour temporary contract. You will engage with customers, drive sales and help create a welcoming shopping environment.

You\'ll work with an energetic team, process transactions, maintain visual merchandising, and support deliveries and stock replenishment. Saltrock offers generous holiday entitlement, uniform allowance and a 50% product discount to staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail is desirable but not essential.
• A warm and friendly manner that fits with our culture.
• Competent at till operations and Cash/card handling.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store.
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales.
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed.
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines.
• Process deliveries.

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role
