Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Supervisor for a 32-hour contract to join our retail team, delivering an engaging in-store experience and driving performance alongside the Store Manager.

You will motivate and train colleagues, uphold brand visuals, and ensure smooth transactions and stock deliveries while maintaining a welcoming environment.

We offer above statutory holiday (33 days including bank holidays) pro-rata for part-time staff, uniform allowance, and 50% discount on Saltrock products.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with customer focus.
• Experience leading a small team is desirable but not essential.
• Strong visual merchandising awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help to achieve store KPI’s by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance.
• Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service, maximizing every sales opportunity.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members.
• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing transactions with care.
• Visual merchandising product in line with Brand guidelines.
• Ensure customers have a positive in-store experience and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a healthy and safe store.
• Provide customers with information about product features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdown/price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed.
• Process deliveries in a timely manner.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them whilst they are in store.

Role

• Process deliveries in timely manner
