Job Overview:. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service in our hospitality establishment. Responsibilities:. - Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support. - Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. - Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards. - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment. - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability. - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. . Qualifications:. - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficient in computer systems/software used in the industry. - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. . Salary: £14 – £15 hourly
