Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services in Chingford, London, is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader to manage a team on a project, driving service standards and KPI achievement while monitoring time and budget constraints.

The role requires a time-served Trade Supervisor with NVQ Level 3 in Supervision, Gold CSCS Card and SMSTS, plus a full UK driving licence. You will lead operatives and subcontractors to deliver multi-trade works safely and on schedule.

We are looking to recruit a Supervisor / Team Leader to join us in Chingford, London.

About the Role

Joining us as a Supervisor / Team Leader, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI’s. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.

About You

We are seeking an experienced, time-served Trade Supervisor with a strong background in social housing repairs and maintenance. The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Supervision, a Gold CSCS Card and a SMSTS qualification.

You will have excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation, building regulations and the Building Safety Act, alongside strong IT skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams of operatives. Experience managing DLO teams, subcontractors and the delivery of small multi-trade projects is essential, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and in line with KPI targets.

A full UK manual driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months, is required.
