Zusammenfassung

Space NK is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our store team, helping maximise sales and profitability while supporting and retaining a high performing team. You will champion a customer-first experience daily.

You will analyze weekly reports, coach colleagues, and drive targets such as ATV and conversion, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring exceptional store standards in line with Space NK policies.

• Exceeding sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Supporting stock file accuracy - adhering to all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
• Ensuring team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS and conversion targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, focusing on their achievement.
• Communicating clearly with internal and external partners to drive opportunities.
• Actively identifying innovative opportunities to maximise the business.
• Reviewing weekly, monthly and yearly performance from reports.
• Supporting store recruitment, retaining diverse teams.
• Creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for employees.
• Delivering feedback and escalating performance issues to Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Coaching and developing the team to achieve their full potential.
• Ensuring the store is maintained in line with Company policies and procedures.
