Job summary

Space NK is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a customer-focused environment. You will coach staff, analyse sales data, and ensure daily targets are achieved while maintaining stock accuracy and brand standards.

You will drive exceptional customer experiences, mentor colleagues, and contribute to planning and executing store initiatives. The role offers a dynamic retail setting in Greater London with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver a customer-first experience consistently.
• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Support stock file accuracy – adhering to stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
• Ensure team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS and conversion targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, focusing on achievement.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners to drive business opportunities.
• Actively identify innovative opportunities to maximise the business.
• Analysing all available business reports to review weekly, monthly and yearly performance.
• Support the store recruitment process, retaining diverse teams that deliver a customer-first experience.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming environment for employees to thrive in.
• Deliver feedback and escalate any performance issues to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve their full potential.
• Maintain the store in line with Company policies and procedures.

Supervisor Overview
