Job summary

Astrid & Miyu Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Supervisory leader for a maternity cover role at our Bicester Village store. This part-time position offers 30 hours per week with a salary of £22,125 (30 hrs) plus commission. You will be the brand ambassador, ensuring a five-star customer experience and guiding a team to embody our values.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential retail and host from the heart, ensuring warmth and presence in every interaction.
• Elevate the overall customer experience and drive a centre of innovation.
• Be the product knowledge expert to drive sales and inspire the team.
• Create engaging, in-store experiences through team challenges.
• Monitor sales results and stay adaptable to meet targets.
• Partner with Store Manager to coach and develop the team.
• Recognise team achievements and cultivate open communication.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and stock control.
• Encourage loyalty programme sign-ups to build a loyal customer base.

TheSupervisor Mission:

You are a true brand ambassador leading by example and delivering 5 star customer experience through our experiential retail pillars. You are an advocate for our brand values and lead the team ensuring these are at the forefront of everything you do.

How you'll drive success:

Experiential Retail

• Inspire and empower your team to truly Host from the Heart - guiding them to radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership of every interaction and bring intention to the smallest moments. You'll create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued and cared for.
• Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
• Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team
• Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in store
• Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track

Inspirational Team Management

• Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their roles
• A clear and confident communicator, you’re comfortable with delivering feedback to your team at all levels in the moment
• Recognise and celebrate team achievements, and identify development opportunities in the team, feeding these observations back to your management team
• Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support

Operational & Brand Loyalty Excellence

• Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
• Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environment
• Ensure the team are actively opting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyal, regular customer base for the store

• This role is suitable for anyone with Supervisor experience in a store
