Job summary

Astrid & Miyu in Oxford is seeking a passionate Store Supervisor to open our new Oxford store and lead by example, delivering 5-star customer experiences from the heart. You’ll host from the heart and embody our values as you guide a small team in daily operations.

You’ll mentor and develop a high-performing team, manage experiential retail standards, and drive loyalty while protecting stock and ensuring exceptional service for every customer who walks through our doors.

Qualifications

• This role is suitable for anyone with Supervisor experience in a store.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver 5-star customer experiences through experiential retail pillars.
• Mentor and coach the team to grow in their roles and communicate effectively.
• Ensure store standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising are met.

This winter, we'll be opening our doors to a brand new store for jewellery lovers in the heart of Oxford. It's a city fill of history, charm and creativity, and we're so excited to become part of its vibrant community. We're looking for a passionate team to help bring this beautiful new space to life, hosting from the heart and creating unforgettable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

Location: Oxford.

Hours: 30 hours per week.

TheSupervisor Mission:

You are a true brand ambassador leading by example and delivering 5 star customer experience through our experiential retail pillars. You are an advocate for our brand values and lead the team ensuring these are at the forefront of everything you do.

How you'll drive success:

Experiential Retail

• Inspire and empower your team to truly Host from the Heart - guiding them to radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership of every interaction and bring intention to the smallest moments. You'll create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued and cared for.
• Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
• Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team
• Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in store
• Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track

Inspirational Team Management

• Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their roles
• A clear and confident communicator, you’re comfortable with delivering feedback to your team at all levels in the moment
• Recognise and celebrate team achievements, and identify development opportunities in the team, feeding these observations back to your management team
• Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support

Operational & Brand Loyalty Excellence

• Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
• Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environment
• Ensure the team are actively opting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyal, regular customer base for the store
