We are seeking trend-aware & fashion-conscious retail leaders to join our team at Flannels Belfast.

Job Description

Your Role:

1. Maximise turnover to exceed targets and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
2. Manage and motivate the team to meet and surpass sales targets.
3. Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales personally and through the team.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
5. Equip team members with the tools and knowledge to achieve business objectives.
6. Manage seasonal stock presentation and merchandising in line with Head Office directives.
7. Monitor current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and local competitors.
8. Drive and deliver KPIs.
9. Create and maintain customer profiles using Flannels’ clienteling tools.
10. Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
11. Research and source products to meet client needs.
12. Ensure prompt response to all enquiries.
13. Perform additional duties as necessary within your role’s responsibilities.
