InVision Group is actively recruiting an experienced Passive Fire Protection Supervisor to lead our Midlands projects with hands-on oversight. You will manage site teams, ensure high workmanship standards, and drive safe, on-spec delivery across firestopping, compartmentation and fire door work.

The role requires SSSTS, strong HSE knowledge and a proven track record in passive fire protection. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a company vehicle provided where appropriate.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate passive fire protection operatives across multiple sites.

• Ensure all works comply with relevant fire safety standards, specifications and approved systems.
• Monitor site progress, productivity and quality, ensuring works are completed on programme.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• Support the development, training and performance of site operatives.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Passive Fire Protection Supervisor to join a growing specialist contractor delivering passive fire protection works across the Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with strong experience in firestopping, compartmentation and fire door works, who can lead site teams, maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.

• A stable employment history, demonstrating longevity with current or recent employers.
• Full UK driving licence.

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
