Job summary

InVision Group is seeking an experienced Passive Fire Protection Supervisor to lead site teams across the North of England. You will oversee firestopping, compartmentation and fire door works, ensuring high workmanship and adherence to safety standards on multiple sites.

We require SSSTS qualification, a strong health and safety mindset, and a proven track record in passive fire protection projects. A full UK driving licence is essential for this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising passive fire protection projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of firestopping, compartmentation and fire door works.
• SSSTS qualification is essential.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety and quality assurance procedures.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• A stable employment history, demonstrating longevity with current or recent employers.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate passive fire protection operatives across multiple sites.
• Oversee firestopping, compartmentation and fire door installation and remediation works.

• Monitor site progress, productivity and quality, ensuring works are completed on programme.

• Support the development, training and performance of site operatives.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Passive Fire Protection Supervisor to join a growing specialist contractor delivering passive fire protection works across the North of England.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with strong experience in firestopping, compartmentation and fire door works, who can lead site teams, maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.
