Job summary

Ideal Collection is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor in Southampton to bridge the gap between stellar service and emerging management. You’ll be the star on the floor while taking on supervision responsibilities and learning the why behind the how.

You’ll lead by example, train servers with a human-centric approach, and support with opening/closing, rotas, and stock under GM guidance. You’ll contribute to financial success and community projects while fostering a positive, energetic culture.

Hospitality Supervisor: Your stepping stone to management
