Liverpool FC is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for our brand-new London store. You will lead a team alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet targets.
You will oversee stock receiving, merchandising, cash handling, and daily store operations. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

As a key member of the store’s management team, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead, inspire, and drive the team. Your role will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving strong results, and ensuring the store consistently performs against targets and plans.
To be successful in this role you must have recent experience as a supervisor in a retail store environment, including an ability to motivate and drive a team. You will have strong product awareness and an understanding of what makes a great customer experience for our customers. You will have worked in a customer facing setting, where you have developed excellent customer service skills.
You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent numerical and analytical skills and be able to solve problems quickly and effectively. You will have an eye for detail and be confident working in a fast-paced environment, working as part of a team and independently, with the ability to make operational decisions.
This isa full-time permanent position working40 hours per week on a 5 from 7 day basis. Your main base will be our new London Store.
