The role
The supervisor acts as our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating the team to drive sales, excel in customer service, and create memorable experiences for our customers. The environment is fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure, requiring resilience and enthusiasm.
Key responsibilities include sharing product knowledge, running coaching sessions, ensuring smooth store operations, and setting personal KPIs and sales targets.
Please note that store hours may include late nights and early mornings, depending on operational needs, which will be discussed during the interview process.
What to expect from the role
Store operations include acting as key holder, cashing up, assisting with administrative duties, managing deliveries, operating the till, and following security procedures.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate team player, capable of supporting the team to deliver an exceptional Pandora in-store experience.
