We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven supervisor to join our store team. If you enjoy leading retail operations, inspiring high-performing teams to meet targets, and delivering world-class service, we would love to hear from you!

In the UK, we are proud to be recognized in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2023’, among only 11 in the ‘very large’ employers category.

The role

The supervisor acts as our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating the team to drive sales, excel in customer service, and create memorable experiences for our customers. The environment is fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure, requiring resilience and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities include sharing product knowledge, running coaching sessions, ensuring smooth store operations, and setting personal KPIs and sales targets.

Please note that store hours may include late nights and early mornings, depending on operational needs, which will be discussed during the interview process.

What to expect from the role

  • Conduct daily team briefs, share KPIs, and motivate the team to exceed them
  • Perform store walks, understand visual merchandising, and monitor sales figures
  • Handle escalated customer complaints
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing tailored service

Store operations include acting as key holder, cashing up, assisting with administrative duties, managing deliveries, operating the till, and following security procedures.

The successful candidate

The ideal candidate will be a passionate team player, capable of supporting the team to deliver an exceptional Pandora in-store experience. Prior experience with a leading brand or consumer retail is preferred. We seek individuals who embody our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and profitability experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and team coaching ability
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora
  • Well-presented, with a passion for retail and desirable products

Why work with us?

We value our people and offer a competitive rewards package, including:

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Monthly bonus potential of up to 20%
  • Annual jewellery uniform allowance
  • Access to retail, hospitality, and entertainment discounts
  • Support for health, wellbeing, and legal advice through ‘Retail Trust’
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year
