The Role

The assistant store manager is the brand ambassador responsible for the daily operations of the store. Reporting to the store manager, you will support and motivate the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support, coach, and motivate the team to achieve targets while exemplifying Pandora’s customer service standards.
2. Manage store operations including stock control, security, team rotas, and sales performance tracking.
3. Run the store in the absence of the store manager.
4. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, influencing the customer experience and sales environment.
5. Develop product knowledge and nurture team growth and potential.
