Job summary

Reliable Contractors Limited is seeking a Supervisor (Logistics) for a site-based role in Plymouth on a major MOD project. The position is full-time and operates Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, on a PAYE basis.

A Blue CSCS card and Level 4 qualification are essential, with BPSS clearance and NATO/MISWG passport eligibility required. The role focuses on supervising logistics operations, coordinating labour, plant, materials and deliveries, and maintaining safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Must have Leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of site logistics and coordination.
• Experience supervising logistics on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Academic Level 4 qualification or above (HNC/HND/ Degree).
• Eligible for BPSS Security Clearance and NATO/MISWG passport holders.
• Able to coordinate labour, plant, materials and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate logistics operations across site.
• Manage movement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment.
• Coordinate site logistics teams and ensure resources are available when required.
• Ensure safe movement of vehicles, plant and personnel around site.
• Liaise with site management, engineers, subcontractors and delivery teams.
• Monitor daily activities and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across logistics operations.
• Assist with planning and coordinating site deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and report issues to site management.
• Support delivery of major MOD infrastructure works.

Supervisor (Logistics) (Plymouth) Fulltime

An opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years.

PAYE basis

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Must Have:

• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card
• Academic Qualification Level 4 or above, i.e. HNC, HND or Degree
• Previous experience supervising logistics operations on major construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of site logistics and coordination
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate labour, plant, materials and deliveries
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and proactive approach to work
• Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance
• Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years

This role is site based - Monday to Friday

45 hours per week 07:30am - 17:00pm
