Job summary

KFC Rugby is seeking a Supervisor to be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and ensuring smooth operations at Rugby Services. You will champion brand standards while guiding a team to deliver outstanding service and safety compliance.

As a Supervisor, you will motivate staff, uphold food safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement during busy periods. This role offers development opportunities within a well-known, national restaurant brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills to support store leadership.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation's favourite restaurants, serving up KFC's world-famous fried chicken and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
