• Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a working knowledge of health and safety regulations and ensure compliance within the department
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards
• Checking the rooms and maintaining the standard and high level of cleanness
• Promptly identify and report maintenance issues
