JDSports is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help run the shop floor and deliver high service standards. You will support colleagues across shifts, ensure presentation and brand compliance, and assist with daily store tasks under Store Management guidance.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, team leadership, and a proactive approach to store operations within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates have previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
