JD Sports is seeking a Supervisor to help run the shop floor with high service standards and strong teamwork across shifts. You will support colleagues, maintain presentation and store performance, and assist with daily operations under Store Management guidance.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, monitoring service levels, and ensuring brand-aligned visual and operational standards on the shop floor.

Qualifikationen

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
