Liverpool Football Club is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily DC operations at the Whiston Distribution Centre. You will manage a shift of warehouse operatives, coordinate inbound, picking, packing, replenishment and outbound tasks, and drive accuracy, safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Supervisor in our Distribution Centre. Our warehouse is at the centre of our business, so we are looking for a highly motivated supervisor with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels. You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day warehouse operations. The Supervisor leads a team of warehouse operatives during their shift, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely completion of all operational tasks. They allocate work, monitor performance against KPIs, and coach colleagues on best practices and compliance. Supervisors are the first point of escalation for operational and personnel issues and function as a bridge between operatives and management. They enforce health, safety, and security standards, maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and checks, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and service quality on the floor.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous, recent experience of working within a DC environment in a similar position, with excellent knowledge of DC operations and business key trading periods. You will have an excellent understanding of Health and Safety regulations and managing health and safety on a day‑to‑day basis.
You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to drive a team to achieve targets. You'll have a 'can do attitude' and the ability to work as part of a team, while also being able to use your own initiative and be able to make operational decisions. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a high level of accuracy and keen eye for detail, with the ability to effectively prioritise a demanding workload and positive and flexible approach to new challenges.
