Job summary

The Leicester site is seeking a capable team supervisor with solid assembly experience to lead a fast-paced line. You will stay calm under pressure, delegate tasks, train team members, and maintain a safe, productive work environment on the shop floor.

You'll operate machinery, ensure quality, and use basic computer skills to document performance. The role offers a 4 on/4 off shift pattern and a pay rate of £14.05 per hour, with holiday entitlement accruing up to 28 days pro rata.

• Must have prior experience in a similar role and be able to manage a team.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to work well under pressure and make decisions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team, preferably in a fast-paced assembly environment and have great assembly experience themselves. You will be able to stay level-headed and organised during busy periods and able to delegate tasks to your team where appropriate.

Other duties will include:

• Operating machinery
• Ensuring a safe work environment
• Training team members

You will need to have previous experience in a similar role, have a basic understanding of computers, and good written/spoken English. You must be able to work well under pressure, be a decision maker and problem solver.

Enjoy four days off in a row with this 4 on/4 off shift rotation.

You will be paid £14.05 per hour.

Holiday is accrued up to 28 days year pro rata.
