Holland & Barrett in Edinburgh is seeking a Supervisor for a 1 year fixed-term contract, 30 hours per week, £14.00 per hour. You will lead with confidence, coach colleagues and provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers while driving store performance and exceptional customer experiences.

Join a retail team focused on growth, product knowledge development and maintaining compliant, efficient store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness with curiosity to keep learning and developing product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.

What you'll be doing
