Job summary

Holland & Barrett on High Street Exeter is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor to lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, and support store performance while working 20 hours per week.

You will develop product knowledge, manage stock, and contribute to a welcoming, health-focused shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, or readiness to step into a leadership role with training and support.
• Clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving with a calm, practical approach.
• Curious and passionate about health, wellness, and helping others make positive choices.
• Adaptable and comfortable using technology to assist customers and improve results.
