Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Reading is seeking a Supervisor for a 30-hour week at £14 per hour to lead the store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach colleagues, develop product knowledge and support operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on driving sales, stock control, merchandising and compliant practices while fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service and ability to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness and curiosity to learn product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and store operations.

What you'll be doing
