Job summary

The Regatta Group is seeking a Supervisory professional for its Dundee store on a 30-hour weekly schedule. This temporary 6-month role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, leading a small team, and maintaining visual standards across the floor.

You will work with the Regatta family to drive sales, merchandise effectively, and support the Store Manager in achieving high store standards while developing your supervisory skills.

• Previous experience in a retail store is essential.
• Experience supervising and motivating team members is beneficial.

If so, then you would love to hear more about our exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our Regatta store team in Dundee working 30 hours per week?

This role is a temporary position for 6 months.

Previous experience working within a retail store is essential and experience supervising and motivating team member would be beneficial.

• Clothing and accessories will be replenished and displayed with your intuitive merchandising skills
• Your in-depth product knowledge of feature and benefits allows you to provide expert advice on what customers need for all their adventures
• You’ll provide valuable operational support to your Store Manager, with a motivational and supportive approach to the store team ensuring consistently high standards are maintained

Additional Keyholder Responsibilities

• Running the store in Managers absence
• Cashing up the tills
• Opening & closing the store
